Refund Policy

At Flow Joinery Ltd, we take pride in providing custom-made joinery solutions and renovation services to homeowners and businesses in Gisborne. Because our products are bespoke and made to order, we aim to be clear about our refund and cancellation terms.
1. Bespoke products and services
All of our kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry and joinery work is custom-designed and manufactured to your specifications.
As such, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once materials have been ordered or manufacturing has begun.
2. Deposits and payments
To begin work on your project, a deposit is required. This deposit secures your booking and covers the cost of materials and initial design work.
The remaining balance is payable in line with the payment schedule agreed in your quote.
3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your project before materials have been ordered or manufacturing has started, please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund any amount that exceeds the design work and costs already incurred.
Once materials have been ordered or work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.
4. Workmanship & faults
We stand behind the quality of our work with a 5-year workmanship warranty. If any aspect of our workmanship is found to be faulty, we will repair or remedy it at no cost to you.
Appliances and hardware supplied as part of your project are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
